Samsung “Galaxy Fold” is the name. A phone that looks and folds like a diary or a wallet. The idea is for you to have value for it as though it carries precious things inside.

Samsung in a smart way, put a screen at the top of the phone when it is closed. So when you fold the phone inward, you don’t feel you need to open in order to use it, as the display quickly appears on the surface of the fold. This makes for quick access just like a normal phone.

But when you want that feeling of having access to your precious things, simply open the phone like a pocket diary or wallet. Here, a whole new world is unravelled to you, with the display flowing throughout the inner surface without a single appearance of joints. Guys in the tech world call it “seamless”.

When open, the Galaxy fold has the ability to function as two displays put side by side, with items on one side draggable to the other side.
