Instagram Gradually losing its uniqueness

A couple days ago, Instagram launched its voice messaging feature which allows users to send each other audio messages up to one minute in private and group chats.

According to Instagram on its twitter handle, ” Starting today, you can send voice messages in Direct. Talk the way you want to be heard, whether by whispering what you’re up to or shouting a compliment.”

However, this sounds like a no-brainer thing to do as its parent company Facebook, along with WhatsApp already implements it.

All you need do is hold down the microphone button while you record your messages. It’ll send automatically as you release the button. You can also delete it if you ain’t pleased with the recording.

By the way, originally, Instagram is a photo and video-sharing social networking service but guess it’s about to go away with more emphasis being placed now on messaging
